Pre-sales Service

(1) Help customers choose the right products, specifications, and models according to their needs.

(2) Enthusiastically receive customer visits and promptly handle customer calls, letters, faxes, and inquiries.

In-sales Service

(1) Strictly organize production according to contract technical requirements and relevant national standards, ensuring quality and quantity, and delivering on time at the agreed location.

(2) If the customer chooses the wrong model, orders an insufficient quantity, or requires early delivery due to special circumstances, our company will prioritize production to meet customer requirements to the best of our ability.

After-sales Service

(1) Our company implements a 24-hour all-weather service system. Upon receiving a customer service request, our marketing service personnel will respond within 24 hours to resolve customer concerns.

(2) Our company is responsible for any damage or shortage of products before inspection.

(3) For quality problems that occur within the warranty period, if confirmed to be our responsibility, we will be responsible for free defect repair or replacement/return. We promise to provide service within 7 days under normal circumstances, and within 3 days in urgent cases. Reasonable expenses will be borne by us.

(4) For quality problems confirmed to be the user's responsibility, we will also actively assist in solving them to meet customer requirements.

(5) If technical guidance is needed during the installation and use process, we will promptly dispatch professional technicians to provide free service to meet customer requirements.

(6) We establish customer files and regularly contact customers in writing and by phone to solicit their opinions and suggestions. We will also statistically analyze the suggestions and quality problems raised by customers to continuously improve our management, further enhance product and service quality, and strive for excellence to meet customer needs.
